August has been a whirlwind of celebrations for me this year, with Ramadhan, my birthday, and a promotion all converging in one exciting month. I started early with the Eid preparations with the following details :

1. Before Ramadhan : bought Raya attire for the whole family

2. Week 1 Ramadhan : started early with inviting friends for Iftar

3. Week 2 Ramadhan : baked Raya cookies for my son's teachers, adding a personal touch to the festivities

4. Week 3 Ramadhan : Raya studio photoshoot

One of the highlights was our studio photoshoot at a new location in Tamarind Square, Cyberjaya. The studio's modern, stylish decor and its friendly, accommodating staff made it an exceptional experience, especially given my son's condition. This year’s photoshoot was a delightful change from last year’s difficult experience at a studio in Banting, where we faced long waits and overwhelmed staff.

However, our preparations weren’t without a hiccup. On the eve of Eid, as we were heading back to our hometown, we realized we had completely forgotten our Eid attire! Despite the fasting month, we quickly set out to find new outfits and managed to get everything sorted in under two hours. It’s amazing how things can come together so effortlessly.
