The Butterfly Effect by Malaysia Airports & Euseff's First International Flight

Euseff has previously flown locally, but this was his first time in an international flight. Funny, the first time, we "try" a 14-hours flight! haha

I have heard about the Butterfly Effect before, and I thought it was provided by Malaysia Airlines (MAS). It was actually by Malaysian Airport (various airlines flier may enjoy this)

For our first time use, I went to their counter (Information Counter) and straighaway asked the staffs about this program, I believe I might need this especially to ease/facilitate matters at immigration counter. God knows how my child will behave then?

The registration was easy, but I was advised during return flight, I should enter details at the website (which I shall share later in this post)..

My son was given this lanyard, for safekeep and reuse during next flight. It should be worn at all times, to alert staffs for help (but we were well taken care of, at all times/was escorted haha).

First, we were given this calm room for rest (we have around 1hr+ until gate opening time). This is way better, than wandering around cafes/being human mop at KLIA floor! Haha. My husband took his nap here and my son is playing in the calm room for 1hr straight. Nice..




When we get into the calm room, I have no idea what number is our gate for departure! Prior to going into the calm room, the MA staffs check our boarding pass, and we were told that they would come back about 1.5hrs after to escort us to gate..

And then the following process to immigration counter (cannot take photo), and going to the other terminal by bus was escorted well! We were asked to get on the bus first, before everyone else including those in wheelchair (malu sungguh, nampak rakus sangat masuk awal)..

And we rode buggy at all times until we reached our gate! I only know our gate number the moment we arrived! Haha it was smooooooth

We were also told to wait just outside gate before boarding first into the plane hahaha and off we go to London/Heathrow (transit)


We are very happy with the experience, it was flawless! We are very satisfied with the service and encourage everyone who is eligible to get this service!


On our way back, I did my pre-registration at website (link above) while in Paris, and when we arrived at KLIA, a buggy waited for us at the gate! Hahahahha we feel like royal >.< they even thought they lose us because we went out late (we went to the bathroom first) hahaha

Overall, very satisfied!!!
