Celebrated Raya with husband's family close to home (#teamrayaselangor), which meant no long travels but still all the festive feels. We went with a lovely purple theme for our Raya outfits, and I was proudly on lodeh duty, waking up early on the morning of Eid to cook my version of this classic dish (and yes, it got the seal of approval from the family!). The day was filled with familiar faces, delicious food, and the joy of being surrounded by loved ones — a simple but meaningful start to Syawal before we flew off to Singapore on Day 2 (more on that in the next post!).
