Best Facial Sunscreen : THE INKEY LIST vs. ARCONA vs. Supergoop!

We all know the importance of sunscreen to prevent damage to skin -out largest organ of the body

I have been Supergoop!'s fan previously! For a start, I bought their original (sunflower extract) sunscreen in the past, but nothing to shout about -just a normal, meet-its-purpose sunscreen. But my recent purchase/gifts are :

(1) Supergoop! Unseen Sunscreen 

Of silicon-ey texture, remind me a lot like a pore-filling primer, which suggest this is good for make-up junkie who wants a good sunscreen under make-up


(2) Supergoop! Sheer Screen

Supergoop! suggests this is Unseen Sunscreen's twin, so I can say this is a make-up gripping product that offers protection!


(3) Supergoop! Glow Screen

I am hooked for a while with this, since it offers glow (you may not see it, but it dries down with superbly subtly highlights/shimmer on your face. It says this improves hydration too. 


So if I were to choose between the three mentioned above, I would definitely choose Glow Screen!

I would like to include better detail, texture swatch and to include better visual on the user experience, so please bear with me. The different textures for Supergoop! products can be seen below :

And then in 2021 (last year), THE INKEY LIST launched their only (for now) sunscreen, so I was itchy to become the earliest to buy and review! (Want to review this earlier but super lazyyy)

But to my surprise, this (4) INKEY LIST SPF30 Sunscreen have a weird texture when rubbed in and went like below :

In conclusion, I really hate this sunscreen although it offers good things like it being 100% mineral and is pregnancy-safe (I have a video at the end of this blog post)


But my favourite one so far (and repurchased) has been *drumroll*


(5) ARCONA Reozone 40

It spreads like a butter, smooth and effortless (less vigorous rubbing) and is pregnancy-safe. The texture didn't confuse me like THE INKEY LIST's did, so I keep using this in 2021 until today. I love love love ARCONA products!

I also cannot lie that in terms of facial, but all-in-one (make-up) sunscreen, I keep repurchasing the Tarte BB Tinted Treatment Primer like I mentioned HERE, HERE and HERE. I feel like I cannot live without this! Even after (child) delivery (at the lowest energy), spreading this BB cream is all I can afford since it's effortless, not too made-up but "proper" (covers imperfections)

I went to a nature camp, and brought only this! The camp is full of physical activities/exercises, how can I wear makeup to exercise? Haha


The clear winner!
