Us during our 4th Year Anniversary at the Haven Resort Hotel, Ipoh

Not breaking the tradition (to have a staycation during our Wedding Anniversary every year), my Husband booked a stay at the Haven Resort Hotel -All Suites located in Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia.

It was our first time being here, although been dreaming of staying at the Banjaran Hotsprings too hehe, but as far as Im concerned, I was advised that a pregnant lady (especially with a threat of hypertension) should not come in contact with their hot springs water (contains many minerals I couldnt recall what), so yeah, no Banjaran Hot Springs Retreat for now *redha*

P.s. The Banjaran, being pricier, is a villa equipped with in-room private pool & hot springs bath.

We stayed at a room believed to be a 2+1 Bedroom Lakeview Superior Suite, and below are the photos from the properties :

And for our anniversary, we agreed to just have a staycation, anywhere in Malaysia and thats all. But this time my Husband broke the tradition and sending me flowers at my workplace, awwhh you hub!

At the hotel, you might enjoy their various facilities including jogging track (in nature), sea horse shaped swimming pool, dine-in and just de-stress away from the usual city views.
